RepliedFlow (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand of MRCK Technologies, operated by Mount Rock Consulting CC, a close corporation registered in the Republic of South Africa. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit repliedflow.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in mind and with regard to comparable laws such as the GDPR where they apply to overseas visitors.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, work email address, company name, monthly budget range, and optionally your phone number and LinkedIn profile URL.
- Voice assistant. If you choose to use the “Ask our AI” voice assistant, your audio is processed in real time by our conversational AI provider (ElevenLabs) to generate responses. Do not share sensitive personal information in voice conversations.
- Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the Site running.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, assess whether our Services are a fit for your business, deliver and improve our Services, and send you communications you have requested. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated third-party advertising.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed: form processing (Web3Forms delivers your enquiry to our inbox), conversational AI (ElevenLabs powers the voice assistant), website hosting, and email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. International Transfers
Our service providers may store or process information outside South Africa (for example, in the United States or the European Union). Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection consistent with POPIA.
6. Data Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship plus any period required for legal, accounting, or tax purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).
7. Cookies
The Site currently uses only the cookies and local technologies strictly necessary for it to function and for the third-party services described above (such as the hCaptcha spam check on our forms). If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this Policy.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, object to processing, and request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 11 and we will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including serving the Site over HTTPS and limiting access to enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
